Using the site
Montreal Dorval Limousine Service offers chauffeured ground transportation from the Dorval and Montreal area, including airport transfers, corporate travel, and groups. These terms cover use of montreallimo.ca.
Send accurate pickup, contact, and flight details. Do not use the site to interfere with someone else’s reservation or with the desk. This page is standard boilerplate. It is not formal legal advice.
Quotes are not binding until approved
A reservation form, contact note, or phone call is a request. It is not a confirmed booking and it does not set the fare. The desk quotes the trip. Nothing is charged on the public form.
The quote becomes the working fare when the desk confirms it and, where a client account is used, when that client approves the quote. Until then either side can decline. Vehicle photos show the class of car. The exact car on the day is the one the desk assigns in that class.
Changes and cancellations
Change or cancel by calling the desk at 514-829-9007 or toll-free 1-866-990-1979, or by emailing Info@montreallimo.ca. Do it as early as you can, especially for airport arrivals and group movements.
Any cancellation window or charge for a particular ride is the one the desk states when it confirms that fare. This page does not publish a fee schedule.
Delays
The chauffeur works from the itinerary you send. A flight number lets the desk plan around an arrival at Montréal-Trudeau or another airport. Traffic, weather, road closures, airline changes, and a late passenger are outside a guaranteed clock time.
The company is not taking on liability for delays or missed connections caused by those conditions. If a pickup is at risk, call the desk rather than waiting on the form.
The rest of the arrangement
Fares, taxes, and any tip are quoted for that trip. They are not listed as fixed public prices. The service runs under the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply. If a line on this page conflicts with a fare the desk confirmed in writing for your trip, the confirmed fare governs that trip.
