This is standard boilerplate for a quote and booking site. It is not formal legal advice, and it is not a certification of compliance.

What the reservation form collects

A ride request can include your name, email, phone, company, trip type, pickup, destination, date and time, passenger count, luggage, vehicle, flight number, whether you want a meet in arrivals, return details or hours, and any note you add.

The form stores that request on the reservation list and emails it to the desk at info@montreallimo.ca so the ride can be quoted. Submitting the form does not charge a card and does not by itself confirm a fare.

Contact messages and accounts

The contact form collects your name, email, phone, a topic, and your message. That note is stored and emailed to the same desk address.

If you create an account, the site keeps your name, email, and a password in a protected form so you can sign in and see your quotes. Staff and driver sign-in uses the same kind of session for people who operate the desk. You do not need an account to send a reservation.

Cookies and browser storage

Public pages do not set an advertising cookie. A signed-in session uses one cookie, mdl_session. It is limited to this site, is not readable by page scripts, and expires after 14 days or when you sign out.

Choosing EN or FR stores a preference cookie named mdl-locale for one year so the next visit opens in that language. It is limited to this site and is not used for advertising.

After you submit a reservation, this browser keeps a copy of that request in session storage so the confirmation screen can show it. That copy stays in the browser you used. It is not a tracking cookie.

Choosing WhatsApp opens WhatsApp. Their own terms apply on that service. The WhatsApp number is not printed on this site.

Quebec and Canada

The company is based in the Dorval and Montreal area and serves passengers in Quebec and elsewhere in Canada. Privacy expectations here sit under Quebec’s rules for private-sector personal information and, where it applies, the federal personal-information law for commercial activity.

The details are used to quote, schedule, and record the ride, and to answer the person who wrote. They are not sold. Email info@montreallimo.ca to ask what the desk holds about you, or to ask for a correction. The desk will respond in the ordinary course of reservations.
